The staff go above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They greet us by name and are so nice. The location is perfect for walking to the mall next door and is surrounded by tons of stores and dining options. Breakfast at the hotel is amazing. The waffles are my favorite.

Always enjoy to stay here. Nice staff, especially Romano the van driver who was willing to make a quick stop for us on the way to the airport.

This is a fairly basic hotel but what it does, it does well. Nothing fancy but everything is extremely clean, even spotless. Comfortable bed, simple but good breakfast, excellent shuttle service, very nice people. One unusual perk: a large soaking tub.

Was super impressed with this hotel! First off the reception area was clean and inviting; the front desk representative was friendly and so fast! Our check-in took less than 1 minute which was great given it was late at night and we had an Infant who was ready for bed. The rooms are modern, updated, and clean. The room was also so big which was nice for traveling with an infant. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave in a regular room. The soaking tub was beautiful, the seated vanity was genius, and the bathroom was clean! Also liked the room layout having the sink and main mirror outside of the bathroom to avoid steam/fogging. The shower-head had great pressure and hot water! The bed was comfortable as well with extra pillows. Overall the hotel was superior and the price was great! Will definitely be staying here the next time we are back in town!

Tucked behind Dimond Center this hotel is one of the best stays we've had for some time. Spacious rooms, comfortable vibe, courteous staff, and a killer breakfast. If you are in Anchorage for business or pleasure hop their shuttle from the airport and expect to be impressed!

One of best hotel experiences we've ever had! Lots of healthy breakfast options. Spacious room, lots of USB ports, very comfortable chairs, quick shuttle pickup from airport. Close to restaurants and shopping. Comfortable bed, great shower, quiet rooms. Very nice staff.

Located in what appears to be a shopping area. Facilities are clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are enormous and clean. This is not a luxury property but in this class of hotel it is an absolute value.

Such a clean, quiet friendly staffed hotel. I have to fly overseas from Kodiak so to connect I come up very early. I was staying at The Lakefront but its really gone downhill in recent years. This place here is right on top of Walmart, banking, the Mall. so nice. Also the free shuttle is so handy.

The Dimond Center Hotel was a fine hotel. It was clean, comfy, and has a great location. The free airport shuttle is also very nice.
